The palate is medium bodied with juicy red cherries

which commenced on the 5th of September

Vino CBDB Chenin Blanc Dynamic Blend 2020 500ml savoie-aop The joy of pink -The wine was split into thirds; with a third barrel fermented in old oak, a third put into granite like vessels and a third undergoing malolactic fermentation. The wine was left for 10 months in these vessels to mature with a little bit of stirring. Nothing except a touch of sulphur (for stability) and a little clay (for clarity) was added prior to bottling the wine unfiltered.
